At Mountain Pine Counseling, I specialize in providing compassionate counseling for adults struggling with anxiety. Anxiety may be inhibiting your sense of peace, confidence, and ability to function in various areas of your life, including at home, work, school, and in social settings. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, paralyzed by fear, or unable to fully engage in life, anxiety counseling offers a supportive space for you to find peace, confidence, and resilience.

During counseling sessions, I address a range of themes and topics commonly experienced by individuals with anxiety. These may include struggles with engaging in social functions, feeling overwhelmed and unable to make decisions, and pervasive feelings of fear and worry. I use therapeutic approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for adults who are grappling with the challenges of anxiety.

During our 55-minute sessions, the focus is entirely on you and your experiences. I aim to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can openly express your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. Sessions may involve exploring ongoing struggles and challenges, celebrating moments of progress and success, and identifying your strengths as you navigate your journey toward healing and growth.
